Role:


As a Quantum Algorithms Intern at QC Ware you will work with our algorithms researchers on extending and implementing quantum algorithms with an emphasis on achieving better-than-classical performances on currently available quantum hardware. Interns will possibly have the opportunity to help with execution of quantum algorithms for customer industry problems. You will also help the product development team with implementing or modifying quantum algorithms in Forge, QC Ware’s software platform for quantum computing as a service.

Qualifications


Required

  • Pursuing a PhD in physics, computer science, mathematics, or related field
  • Record of academic research in one of the above fields
  • Interest in applying quantum algorithms to solve industry problems
  • Research in quantum algorithms
  • Programming experience

Preferred

  • Research in quantum algorithms
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques
